G2 Intelligence – Single Membership
Member Terms and Conditions

1. Access

By purchasing a Membership to G2 Intelligence,   (company name)   agrees to be bound by the Member Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Member Terms and Conditions, discontinue use of G2 Intelligence immediately and contact us at 855-528-6903 or privacy@labxmediagroup.com

2. Agreement

LabX Media Group grants   (company name)   nonexclusive and nontransferable worldwide license to access G2 Intelligence for personal professional use at your location only. Your license allow you to incorporate content in work you personally author at the site where you are physically located. If you have information needs which are not met by the terms of this Member terms and conditions, please contact us at 855-528-6903. We will work with you to see that you have the access you need.
Allowing individuals who are not licensed under this agreement to view the contents of G2 Intelligence, or making G2 Intelligence available to other locations, is in violation of this Member terms and conditions. You must obtain prior written permission from LabX Media Group in order to use any material from G2 Intelligence for commercial use (e.g., downloading, posting of a file, onward online or offline distribution, or printing to resell or distribute).
You may not make G2 Intelligence available on a network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web, or in any way provide the licensed material to multiple users or to multiple sites, unless you have first purchased a multiuser workstation license from LabX Media Group. Multiple-user site licenses can be obtained by calling 855-528-6903.

3. Term and Effective Date

This Member Terms and Conditions become effective when you indicate acceptance of the Member Terms and Conditions terms by purchasing a membership. Continued access to G2 Intelligence is subject to payment of the Membership Fee to LabX Media Group. The term of the Membership is three (3) or twelve (12) months and shall commence at the beginning of the Membership Period, and shall renew automatically for three (3) or twelve (12) month periods, unless you notify LabX Media Group that you do not want to renew your Membership.

4. Copyright

LabX Media Group holds the copyright for all materials published in G2 Intelligence, as a compilation and as to the individual components, collectively and individually, unless otherwise expressly noted. You may not remove or alter LabX Media Group’s copyright notices or other means of identification of disclaimers as they appear in G2 Intelligence. All use of the G2 Intelligence content is subject to applicable copyright law, and reproduction of content is allowed only as permitted in this Member terms and conditions. LabX Media Group reserves the right at any time to withdraw from G2 Intelligence any item or part of an item for which it no longer retains the right to publish, or which it has reasonable grounds to believe infringes copyright or is defamatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.

LabX Media Group grants   (company name)      (number of users)   nonexclusive and nontransferable worldwide licenses to access G2 Intelligence for personal professional use at your location only.
